Sherman Housing Authority – Housing Application and Waiting List Now Open

The Sherman Housing Authority (SHA) is pleased to announce that applications for housing are now being accepted. The application period is open until November 16, 2025 or until a sufficient number of applications have been submitted, as determined by SHA Staff.

Individuals and families interested in applying for affordable housing are required to complete an application online.

Applications received during this period will be added to the SHA waiting list, which determines eligibility and placement for available housing opportunities.
