Once you have applied for housing, the SHA staff will conduct an initial review of the application and a background check. Once the initial review is complete, the SHA Office will contact you about attending an In-Take Day. When you arrive to the In-Take Day you will need the following:
- A state issued photo ID for every adult
- Social Security Card for every person on the application
- Birth Certificate for every person on the application
- Completed forms. Please note: a declaration of citizenship form must be completed for each person in the household.
The SHA Office schedules In-Take Days based on unit availability and the waiting list size. If you have changed your phone number, please contact the SHA Office to update your file. Your phone number is the primary contact method used by the SHA Office.
