Request for Records

Ask for records here: copies of your own account records, such as your rent ledger or lease, or public information from Sherman Housing Authority. It goes to our office, and you get a confirmation number.

• Your own records: we release them only to you, or to someone you authorize in writing. Bring a photo ID when you pick them up.
• Public information: requests are handled under the Texas Public Information Act. Eric Ross, Executive Director, is SHA's officer for public information.
• You do not have to use this form. You can also make a request by letter to P.O. Box 2147, Sherman, TX 75091, or in person at 2001 N Hoard Ave.
• There is no charge for copies at this time.
